Helen is a program manager at Education Abroad & Overseas Campuses. She works closely with the program management team to advise students, process application and visa materials, and ensure student health and safety throughout the study abroad process. Before landing in Philadelphia, Helen was an alumni assistant at the Temple Rome Campus. In this role, she worked on student life events, communications, and emergency management. From greeting students at the airport to coaching them through ordering a cappuccino, Helen supported students’ big and small moments in the Eternal City.

In 2019, Helen went abroad for the first time on the Temple Rome program, and she has not stopped traveling since. After graduating from Temple in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in English literature, Helen worked as a writer and editor for various art nonprofits in Philadelphia. The international intersections between culture, art, and language led her back to the Education Abroad office. Now, she looks forward to helping students, especially first-time travelers, embrace our increasingly global world.
