Hi, I'm Gemma! I studied abroad in Tokyo, Japan in summer 2019 before starting my junior year. At Temple, I studied at the Tyler School of Art, and I majored in Glass and Metals/Jewelry/CAD-CAM. As an art and design student, I hoped to learn about and observe the glass arts culture in Japan as well as other aspects of the country's art history. I am also a competitive dancer, and I temporarily joined a Japanese dance school during my stay. This experience will exposed me to new ways of learning and thinking.
