As an elective, students undertake paid or unpaid internships at compatible media organizations which provide experience in an industry or business setting, increase awareness of business principles and practices, and provide insight into the professional arena. Goals/objectives statement, two papers, and evaluation of the supervisor by student plus two evaluations of the intern by site supervisor are required. NOTE: To be registered for this internship, you must apply using the MSP Verification Form. In addition, you must be an MSP major of at least junior or senior standing, have completed (with a minimum grade of C-) MSP 4785, and have at least a cumulative GPA average of 3.00.
